Job Description:

Join our Guest Services Department and become part of an enthusiastic team that creates unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Guest Services Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and memorable time from the moment they enter the stadium until they leave.

Essential Functions:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they enter the stadium.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the fan experience.
  • Assist guests proactively with any questions or concerns.
  • Enforce all stadium policies and procedures.
  • Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas and restrooms.
  • Stay attentive to guests' needs and maintain full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations.
  • Report any incidents to a Supervisor.
  • Thank guests for attending as they leave.

Available Positions:

  1. Elevator Operator
    • Transport guests to the appropriate level of the stadium.
    • Check guests' tickets/credentials to ensure they reach the correct area.
    • Implement elevator policies.
  2. Greeter
    • Enthusiastically greet guests and screen for access privileges.
    • Verify tickets and direct guests to appropriate locations.
    • Scan tickets to ensure access to specific areas.
  3. Guest Relations Team Member
    • Provide assistance through extensive knowledge of stadium policies.
    • Resolve guest complaints and conflicts effectively.
    • Proactively assist guests with questions and comments.
  4. Suite Attendant
    • Provide customer service to Suite Guests and verify access credentials.
    • Monitor assigned areas and assist guests.
    • Perform pre/post event Suite checks.
  5. Usher
    • Monitor crowd behavior and ensure a disruption-free event.
    • Assist guests in locating their seats.
    • Keep aisles and walkways clear.
    • Conduct aisle walks to monitor crowd behavior and address any issues.
    • Enforce the Fan Code of Conduct.
  6. Mobility Assistance Team Member
    • Transport guests to and from their assigned seats.
    • Ensure guest comfort and safety at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Quick learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to project a professional, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs and stand for long periods.
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the stadium.
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays when required.
  • Availability for all 10+ home games.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
