Gameday Staff - Green Team
Description

Join our Green Team and enhance the gameday experience for New York Jets fans! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to act as observers and support various aspects of the gameday experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as eyes and ears observer for all aspects of the gameday experience in all areas of the stadium.
  • Enhance the gameday experience for the fans.
  • Engage with fans about their experience, announce activations, and new features.
  • Facilitate Alumni Alley (set up/break down, crowd control, hype crowd, broadcast appearance).
  • Assist with gameday activations.
  • Monitor food and beverage, custodial, and merchandise issues on all levels, including clubs.
  • Support other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must commit to working ALL NY Jets home games, including preseason.
  • Professional demeanor, hospitable, and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner.
  • Attention to detail, proven ability to problem-solve and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have transportation to and from MetLife Stadium.
  • Comfortable working outside in the elements.
  • You cannot receive school credit for this position.
