Join our team at the University of Nebraska as part-time Gameday Staff. We are seeking goal-oriented, high-energy individuals who want to be part of reshaping fan experiences across the nation. This role is crucial for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable game day experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Enjoy the game day experience while getting paid!
• Exhibit outstanding customer service at all times.
• Transport customers’ tailgating equipment to their respective tailgate locations.
• Maintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries and/or needs from guests.
• Assist the Event Coordinator with day-specific needs.
• Ensure proper equipment is readily available upon guests' arrival.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Able to lift objects over their head and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Team-oriented mindset (must be a “team player”).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and peers.
• Able to work every home game.
• Willingness to work outside and in varying weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 15 hours a week.

Duration:

• Opportunities to work Friday afternoon/early evening for additional hours.
