Job Summary:
The Assistant Coach, Women's Golf, will assist the head coach in recruiting/scouting, instruction, academic monitoring, player development, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting/Scouting Student-Athletes: Develop relationships with high school, junior college, club, and community-sponsored coaches; Contact and evaluate prospective student-athletes; Conduct official/unofficial visits; Coordinate recruiting efforts with NCAA Compliance Officer; Adhere to NCAA recruiting rules.
- Instructing Student-Athletes: Assist during practice sessions, both team and individual; Act as head coach in their absence.
- Academic Monitoring: Review academic progress reports; Maintain sensitivity to class attendance.
- Additional Duties: Adhere to athletic administrative procedures; Assist in planning team travel; Structure team activities; Monitor practices; Recruit students nationwide; Handle administrative duties, including email, creating spreadsheets, and travel assistance.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably with experience in coaching/recruiting golf at the collegiate level.
- CPR certification within two months of hire.
- Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Professional playing background in golf.
- Ability to travel with the team nationwide and internationally for recruiting.

- Strong understanding of golf techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
