Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of team management.
- Plan and conduct regular team practices, drills, and conditioning sessions to enhance player skills and fitness.
- Develop game plans, strategies, and tactics for both offense and defense.
- Monitor individual player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Evaluate potential recruits by attending games, reviewing videos, and communicating with high school coaches.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to help players balance academics and athletics.
- Support players in their personal growth and development, both on and off the field.
- Engage with the local community through clinics, youth programs, and other outreach initiatives to promote the baseball program.
- Participate in fundraising activities to support the baseball program, such as donor events and booster club activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration or a related field.
- At least one year of related coaching experience.
