Job Description: The Assistant Boys Basketball Coach will support the Head Coach in managing and supervising the boys' basketball program. Responsibilities include assisting with the organization of practices, game strategies, player development, and administrative tasks related to the program. The individual will work closely with student-athletes to foster a positive and competitive environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
  • Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the coaching staff and school administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Coaching certification or relevant credentials.

Schedule and Travel Requirements:

  • Requires extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Travel to games and tournaments is required.
