Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of team management.
  • Plan and conduct regular team practices, drills, and conditioning sessions to enhance player skills and fitness.
  • Develop game plans, strategies, and tactics for both offense and defense.
  • Monitor individual player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Evaluate potential recruits by attending games, reviewing videos, and communicating with high school coaches.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to help players balance academics and athletics.
  • Support players in their personal growth and development, both on and off the field.
  • Engage with the local community through clinics, youth programs, and other outreach initiatives to promote the baseball program.
  • Participate in fundraising activities to support the baseball program, such as donor events and booster club activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration or a related field.
  • At least one year of related coaching experience.
