• Serve as the Head JV2/Frosh Coach and assist at the Varsity level.
• Manage all aspects of the high school basketball program, including the off-season program, tryouts, practice schedules, and routines.
• Support the Head Coach in developing a strong program built on relationships and results.
• Provide regular communication with parents and families.
• Track the academic progress of all student-athletes in the program and facilitate support systems to ensure their academic eligibility.
• Collaborate with other school-sponsored sports and encourage athletes to participate in multiple programs.
• Assist the Head Coach in developing and implementing an off-season program for athletics.
• Coordinate with the local youth basketball program below the 9th-grade level.
• Work with local media as needed and establish strong working relationships with community support groups.

• Ability to teach fundamentals, develop game strategy, and articulate a program philosophy.
• Experience as a coach at the high school level or as an assistant coach at the college level.
• Experience participating in basketball at the high school and/or college level.
