Responsibilities:

• Act as a LUX Service liaison during all Los Angeles Chargers home games and provide SoFi Stadium information.
• Greet guests and communicate game day needs with guests and staff.
• Assist with escorting guests and working Premium Areas when needed (SoFi/Pechanga/Chairman’s Club, etc.).
• Maintain a working knowledge of company and venue operations as well as LUX benefits.
• Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with various duties during home games to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Must be willing and able to work weekends, evenings, and game days as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and a desire to work in the sports industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Independent problem solver.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Able to stand for the entire work shift and work in varying weather conditions.

Availability:

• You must be able to work a minimum of 9 of the 10 home games.

Other Required Events:

• Monday, July 29th: Training - TBD - SoFi Stadium
• January 2025: Playoffs - TBD - SoFi Stadium

Compensation:

• $17.50/hour
