Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Event & Game Day Audio & Visual Set-up Support team member to assist with ensuring TVs and other equipment are set up and event-ready under the supervision of the Broadcast and AV Engineer. This role is essential for the smooth operation of audio and visual elements during events and game days.
Essential Duties:
- Assist with setting up and ensuring TVs and other equipment are event-ready.
- Identify and report TV and sound issues.
- Move equipment, set up cables as needed, and organize and maintain equipment and cables.
- Perform other related tasks to assist with event and game day preparations and support.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and third-party contacts.
- Ability to perform essential duties safely and in a timely manner.
- Basic understanding of audio and video equipment.
- Basic knowledge of and the ability to learn cable types.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to identify and report TV and sound issues.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in-stadium both indoors and outdoors for the duration of the shifts.
- Ability to work required schedule, including weekends, nights, and some overtime.
