We are seeking energetic and dedicated coaches for our fall flag football program! Our football leagues operate year-round, with the fall season being our largest. Qualified coaches may have opportunities to coach multiple sports across different seasons.
Koa Sports is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to shaping kids' lives through sports. We seek committed coaches who can lead and guide our kids both on and off the playing field. At Koa, we emphasize creating a positive environment for our players and their families, fostering not just athletic excellence but also character development. We also offer training for aspiring coaches.
Responsibilities:
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS IN THE FALL.
- Lead by example both on and off the field.
- Serve as a great role model to the children.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.
- Take pride in shaping children's lives through sports.
- Maintain reliable transportation and a cell phone.
Experience:
- Must have a background in sports.
- Coaching experience is a plus (minimum 1 year).
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
