Homestead Country Club is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated Head Pickleball Professional to join our esteemed racquets team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Racquet Sports in the delivery of exceptional pickleball programs, ensuring a top-tier experience for both adult and junior members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Collaborate with the Director of Racquet Sports to organize, promote, and execute all competitive, social, and instructional pickleball programs for both adults and juniors.
• Coaching and Instruction: Lead and coach team practices, group clinics, private lessons, and member outings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engagement.
• Staff Management: Assist in managing and training pickleball staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to member inquiries via email and phone, maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Facility Upkeep: Support the upkeep of the pickleball facilities, including light court maintenance, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing pickleball events, leagues, and other related activities, enhancing the club’s offerings.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work long hours, often on your feet, on hard courts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with an engaging and energetic personality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle various aspects of pickleball program management.
• Previous experience in pickleball coaching or racquet sports is highly preferred.
