Join the Bridgeport Islanders as a member of the Ice Crew and be part of the excitement on game days! We are looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and bring energy and enthusiasm to each game.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with snow/ice removal during stoppages in play.
• Support game day operations staff with on-ice activations and activities.
• Assist ticket sales staff with group tickets assets such as fan tunnels, on-ice flags, youth hockey intermissions, and singing groups.
• Work with gameday staff on live promotional giveaways.

Qualifications:

• Strong ice-skating experience required; prior hockey playing experience preferred.
• Experience working at live sporting events preferred, but not required.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility with your schedule and availability to work most, if not all, Bridgeport Islanders home regular season games.
• Passionate and invested in your work.
• Professionalism regarding deadlines and punctuality.
• A motivated self-starter with a “no-task-too-small” attitude.

Schedule:

• Preseason: 2 rehearsals during September and October prior to the season.
• During the season: Bridgeport Islanders arena on gamedays and the day prior for meetings.
