As a Mountain Sports Coach, you'll be friendly, welcoming, passionate, and inclusive, creating a safe and fun environment for progression. Responsibilities:

• Coach group and/or private lessons for all ages
• Provide excellent and kind guest service to guests of all ability levels and backgrounds
• Act as an ambassador for the resort and our sports
• Introduce people to skiing and snowboarding by sharing your passion for snow sports
• Spend your days helping others progress their skills on snow

Requirements:

• A guest service mindset and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong sense of safe practices and ethical behavior
• Maintain a composed and professional demeanor
• Ability to ski and/or snowboard in all weather for extended periods

Work Schedules:

• Full Time: 4 to 5 consistent days every week throughout the entirety of the winter season
• Part Time: 1+ consistent days every week throughout the entirety of the winter season
• Holiday/On-Call: Minimum of 16 “Peak” days throughout the entirety of the winter season
