La Valle Coastal Club is seeking a passionate and dedicated Racquet Sports Pro to join our prestigious team. As a Racquet Sports Pro, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and active club, providing professional instruction and fostering an exceptional member experience in tennis, pickleball, and other racquet sports. Our club offers world-class amenities and an energetic, engaged community of racquet sports enthusiasts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert instruction in tennis, pickleball, and other racquet sports for all levels and ages, including private and group lessons.
• Design and implement racquet sports programs, clinics, and camps to promote member participation and skill development.
• Organize and oversee tournaments, social events, and league play to encourage engagement and foster community spirit.
• Assist in promoting racquet sports programs and offerings to potential members and guests.
• Maintain a high standard of court etiquette and safety, ensuring all members have a positive experience.
• Offer equipment advice, and perform light stringing or maintenance as needed.
• Maintain records of lessons, player development, and feedback to help track progress.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall club experience.

Qualifications:

• Certified teaching professional with certification from the USPTA, PTR, or other relevant racquet sports organizations (Preferred).
• Experience in coaching or teaching racquet sports, particularly tennis and pickleball, in a club or recreational environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with members of varying ages and skill levels.
• Passion for racquet sports and a commitment to developing players' abilities in a fun, engaging, and professional manner.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate member demand.
• Strong organizational and event-planning skills.
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance (racquet stringing, court setup) is a plus.
