The Boca Raton is seeking a team player with strong interpersonal skills to provide a quality tennis and pickleball experience for our guests and members.

Essential Functions

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Teaching tennis and pickleball private lessons, semi-private lessons, clinics, and practices for members and guests
• Assisting with racquet club member and conference special events as needed
• Providing front desk operation and court maintenance support as required
• Stringing racquets
• Working evening hours, participating in leagues and team activities

Internal Relationships

• Racquet Club staff
• Resort associates

External Relationships

• Regular contact with club members and resort guests

Qualifications & Education/Experience Requirements

• Preferably USPTA and PPR or equivalent certified with three or more years of teaching experience
• High school/college tournament play experience
• Country club and resort experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Able to spend 8 or more hours per day outdoors
• Capable of pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs
