Meadow Creek Tennis & Fitness Club, located in the heart of Denver, Colorado, is a privately owned club established in 1972. Recently acquired by Denver Racquets Club LLC, the club boasts a strong membership of 400 racquets members, along with an active non-member base. Known for its high-quality tennis programs, Meadow Creek offers services to both Adult and Junior players. As one of the largest indoor racquet facilities in the state, the club offers an array of amenities, including:

  • 7 Indoor Tennis Courts
  • 3 Outdoor Tennis Courts
  • 2 Platform Tennis Courts
  • 2 Indoor Pickleball Courts
  • 2 Padel Courts (opening Fall 2024)
  • 2 Golf Simulators (opening Fall 2024)
  • Fitness Facility
  • Group Fitness Room

Position Summary:
Meadow Creek is seeking an energetic and passionate Racquets Professional to deliver an exceptional customer experience to both Adult and Junior players across all skill levels. This full-time, year-round position offers 36 hours per week of on-court tennis instruction, with opportunities to expand into other racquet sports as the club grows.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide private and group lessons, along with club programming for members of all abilities.
  • Collaborate with fellow Racquets Professionals to create a cohesive coaching team.
  • Work closely with Racquets Directors to increase court utilization and grow participation among members and guests.
  • Maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
  • Develop skills to become a competent Platform Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel instructor.
  • Be highly visible and report directly to the Directors of Tennis.

Requirements:

  • USPTA or PTR Certified Tennis Teaching Professional.
  • Experience teaching juniors (ROGY Pathway) and adults of all skill levels.
  • Proficiency in tennis (NTRP 4.5 or higher).
  • Ability to learn and teach Pickleball, Padel, and Platform Tennis.
  • CPR and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
  • Ability to pass a background check and USTA SafePlay requirements.
  • Proficiency with club operation software.
  • Availability to work one weekend day.

Compensation Package:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 from lessons and programs.
  • Health, dental, and retirement stipend.
  • Professional dues stipend (USPTA or PTR).
  • Paid time off.
  • Relocation assistance available.
