Polo Tennis & Fitness Club in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Racquets Sports Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction for tennis, pickleball, and padel lessons to individuals and groups of all levels, including ladies teams and juniors.
• Organize and promote racquet sports clinics, special events, and programs to engage and retain members.
• Supervise racquet sports play, enforce club rules, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Represent the club in state or national events when possible.
• Assist with court maintenance and stringing as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• USTA NetGeneration Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching tennis, pickleball, and padel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• U.S.T.A. rating of 4.0 or higher preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in outdoor conditions.
