Position Overview: Join our team and be part of an exciting opportunity at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Our mission is to honor the greatest of the game, preserve its history, promote its values, and celebrate excellence together. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with our guests at the Hall of Fame Store, a one-stop shop for merchandise from all 32 NFL teams along with Hall of Fame exclusives. The store is open daily during museum hours.

Position Type: This part-time position requires up to 25 hours per week, including weekend and evening coverage.

A Day in the Life of a Retail Sales Associate:

• Provide a fun, full-service shopping experience to Hall of Fame guests through active selling and engagement.
• Educate guests on new arrivals and styles.
• Complete tasks to ensure products are available and easy to shop – including pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and backroom.
• Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.
• Accurately handle cash register operations including cash handling, returns, warranty, and other transactions.
• Assist with answering store phone lines with courtesy and timely follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Passion for people and football!
• Experience in merchandising and retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to engage anyone in conversation and build lasting relationships.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Ability to spend time on your feet.
