Job Description:

The Detroit Red Wings are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Street Hockey Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a love for hockey and a desire to engage with the community. As a Street Hockey Assistant, you will serve as a brand ambassador, participate in street hockey events, and support our hockey clinics.

Qualifications/Expectations:

• Off-ice hockey (street hockey & inline hockey) playing experience required.
• No minimum qualification for previous off-ice or on-ice coaching experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve in a supporting role for the Learn Play Score Street Hockey program and work Meijer Street Hockey events.
• Act as a Detroit Red Wings brand ambassador in the Metro Detroit community and surrounding areas.
• Participate in various street hockey and hockey school events.
• Support Detroit Red Wings street hockey clinics in the community, including instructing/coaching both youth and adults.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
