Tennis/Pickleball Coordinator
Description

The Tennis/Pickleball Coordinator at Highlands Ranch Community Association will oversee the daily operations and management of HRCA’s tennis/pickleball programs across the Tennis Pavilion and all off-site locations. This role is critical in ensuring that all programs, leagues, and events are managed according to HRCA policies and procedures, while delivering exceptional customer service. The Coordinator will work closely with the sports and fitness team and community providers to ensure seamless program execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage work schedules for Tennis/Pickleball Monitors to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain online court reservations to support programs, lessons, and league matches.
  • Implement financially sound practices for program scheduling and customer service.
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of Tennis/Pickleball Monitors.
  • Oversee payroll and ensure staff compliance with HRCA financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Tennis/Pickleball Team Leader, Head Tennis Professional, and Facility Supervisors to enhance customer service.
  • Manage USTA/CTA league registration, scheduling, and supervision in line with HRCA values and guidelines.
  • Coordinate program enrollments, monitor meetings, and ensure compliance with HRCA policies.
  • Supervise In-House and Junior Team Leagues, stepping in for the Tennis/Pickleball Team Leader when needed.
  • Promote programs through various channels, including newsletters, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all programs meet financial targets and align with HRCA’s mission and budget goals.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in tennis/pickleball programs for all ages and abilities.
  • Customer service expertise and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work flexible hours, and use program management software.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires frequent sitting, occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds unassisted (up to 60 pounds with assistance). Candidates must be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a busy office environment.
