We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Ticket Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient ticket operations, providing exceptional customer service, and handling various ticket-related tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer service items, guest relocations, ticket sales, will call distribution, and inventory management.
- Provide support to both internal and external customers.
- Manage additional projects and assignments as required.
Qualification Requirements:
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Organized and capable of multi-tasking.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information with individuals of diverse cultures or backgrounds.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Handle problems and customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience handling and balancing cash.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SeatGeek / Unify preferred.
- Previous experience in ticket operations at a professional or collegiate level preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
