About this role:

The Ticket Operations Specialist will assist with the build-out of our ticketing platform, serve as the liaison between the Ticketing and Hospitality departments, and oversee group sales efforts. This role will also manage on-site hospitality hardware and activations at various USGA championships and support other special projects as necessary. This is a temporary, full-time position for a period of 1 year.

What you'll do:

  • Support setup, offer builds, and reporting on ticket platforms.
  • Oversee group ticket sales efforts, including inbound submissions and a targeted outbound effort around our smaller Championships.
  • Act as a liaison between the ticketing and hospitality departments to provide a best-in-class experience for partners and clients on all ticket-related issues.
  • Manage onsite technology (hardware, wristbands, etc.) and on-site activations (upgrades, loaded value) at all hospitality venues.
  • Manage equipment logistics to/from championship sites.

Where you'll be:

This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday. The Ticketing team is required to be in the office on Wednesdays.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in ticketing for live events.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as a member of a larger team.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Golf knowledge is a plus.
