The Unionville-Chadds Ford School District (UCFSD) is excited to announce an opening for a Track & Field Assistant Coach at Unionville High School. We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about track & field and committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of the Track & Field program.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.
• Foster sportsmanship and leadership qualities both on and off the field.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, fellow coaches, and parents.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and collaboration with coaching staff.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Track & Field events and techniques.
• Prior coaching and/or playing experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times.
