Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Game Day Operations Intern to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is essential for assisting in the activation of game day programming and ensuring smooth operations during all home games and playoff events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be available for all 8 home games at the Tsongas Center (300 Arcand Dr, Lowell, MA 01852) plus any home playoff games.
• Work with the Director of Game Day Operations to activate game day programming.
• Support various departments with tasks assigned by the Director of Game Day Operations.
• Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by Senior Leadership.
• Be available for odd hours, including nights and weekends.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in live-event production.
• Proven leadership and self-starter skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
