We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Gameday Staff team at the University of Florida. This part-time position involves working during home football games, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guests.
• Enjoy the game day experience while getting paid!
• Exhibit outstanding customer service.
• Transport customers’ tailgating equipment to their respective tailgate locations.
• Maintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries and/or needs.
• Assist Event Coordinator with day-specific needs.
• Ensure proper equipment is readily available upon guests' arrival.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Comfortable lifting objects over their head.
• Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Team-oriented mindset (must be a “team player”).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and peers.
• Able to work every home game.
• Willingness to work outside and in varying weather conditions.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 15 hours a week.

Duration:

• Opportunities to work Friday afternoon/early evening for additional hours.
