We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the Worcester Railers HC as Game Operations & Production Interns. This internship offers a hands-on experience in various aspects of game operations and production, providing a unique opportunity to be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Attend all Worcester Railers HC home games as requested.
• Assist in pre-game/in-game ceremonies, sponsorship activations, and other fan experiences.
• Represent the Worcester Railers brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Work office hours during the week to gain additional experience.
• Volunteer at several community events at your convenience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Pursuit of a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Management, or Operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of projects.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of ice hockey encouraged but not required.

Requirements:

• Must receive college credit for the internship.
• Available to work a minimum of 15+ hours a week, including nights and weekends.
• Available to work every home game during the Fall/Winter semester.
• Must have reliable transportation and live in the Worcester or surrounding areas.
