Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and experienced Sports Instructors in baseball, softball, football, soccer, and golf to join our team. As a Sports Instructor at Lasorda Legacy Academy, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor young athletes, helping them reach their full potential while embodying the Steel Sports core values. This role offers flexible hours, optional travel, and the chance to collaborate with other professional coaches across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct private 1-on-1 and small group lessons.
• Coach within existing Lasorda Legacy Academy programs.
• Assist in summer camps and other seasonal programs.

Requirements:

• Background in coaching or playing the relevant sport.
• Passion for sports and working with young athletes.
• Ability to demonstrate progress in athletes’ development.
• Self-starter with a strong motivation to inspire and lead.

Schedule:

• Weekdays, evenings, and weekends availability required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, and use hands for various tasks.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds.
• Moderate noise environment with vision requirements for close, distance, and adjustable focus.
