Golf Coaching Center Instructor
Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the KUGCC Director to ensure the delivery of exceptional programs and events.
  • Network and engage with professional golf associations, including PGA/LPGA, LPGA-USGA Girls Golf, and LPGA Women’s Amateur Associations.
  • Develop and implement a student-centered curriculum focused on incremental skill development, fitness, life skills, and enjoyment of the game.
  • Maintain and update customer records using Bitrix24 CRM, ensuring accurate submission of waivers, marketing materials, and web content.
  • Assist with internal marketing efforts and build partnerships with professional golf associations such as PGA of America, LPGA, SFPGA, and USGA.
  • Represent KUGCC at local and national golf events and foundations, promoting the growth of the game.
  • Assist with program logistics, including registration, scheduling, lesson plans, equipment maintenance, and off-campus excursions.
  • Coordinate facility usage with Keiser University’s College of Golf Program to prevent conflicts in scheduling.
  • Attend staff meetings and collaborate with campus departments for special events or resources.
  • Submit HR documentation and incident reports in accordance with university policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certifications: PGA of America, LPGA member, or PGA Associate Member.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in golf instruction, with a focus on developing adult and junior programs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Experience with CRM systems and website maintenance.
    • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • Creativity, innovation, and dedication to student success.
