I want to express that I appreciate how much of a breat of fresh air this organization is for youth sports.
"I want to express that I appreciate how much of a breat of fresh air this organization is for youth sports. It's not everyday that an organization will dive into individualized development plans for athletes. It's imperative for the growth of each individual athlete. Moving as efficient as possible is something I vehemently believe in and it excites me that you guys are using that as a pillar."
